How long does shipping take?

Hey! Everything here is handmade to order, so I usually ship within 3–5 business days.
Once it’s in the mail, most orders arrive in 2–4 days depending on USPS or UPS speed.

Do you do bulk / teacher / group orders?

Care Instructions

Quick note on care 💛
Our pieces are meant to be used and loved — no babying required.
Just avoid soaking wood / leather in water, and wipe acrylic with a soft cloth.
If anything ever needs freshening up, just message me — I’ve got you.

Returns / Exchanges

I totally get it — gifts and personalization can be tricky!
Because everything is made-to-order, I don’t do returns unless something arrived damaged or incorrect.
If that ever happens, I replace it immediately — no hassle.
